I recently enjoyed a week-long stay at Casa El Tortugo, a delightful escape that left me thoroughly satisfied, especially as a tea plantation owner with a passion for culinary experiences. Just four kilometers from the nearest airport, the hotel's location made access seamless, sitting close to a stunning beach and a serene river. One of my favorite parts was the dining experience at the on-site restaurant. The ambiance was cozy, allowing for intimate moments while savoring flavors. I relished the breakfast, which boasted various mouthwatering options that catered to different palates. The chef took special care with each dish, showcasing innovative twists that delighted my taste buds. As I enjoyed my meals, I couldn't help but appreciate the view of the lush surroundings, reminiscent of my own home in Galle. Despite a few minor hiccups, the attentive staff's friendliness truly enhanced my stay. Casa El Tortugo is an excellent choice for food enthusiasts seeking a blend of nature and gastronomy in a tropical paradise.
